Marijka performed in a choir concert at the Logan Tabernacle and sang beautifully. It was a combined concert with a choir from a high school in Idaho.
Last Saturday night Mom, Susan, Janalee, Karen, Marlee and I went to Preston to Mitch Hyer's wedding reception. On the way home we stopped and ate at L.D.'s in Richmond where we had an amazing shrimp dinner.
Dad and Tyler made it back from Moab safely. They showed up back home a day early, due to mechanical problems with Jon's jeep. Tyler's truck also had some problems, but they were able to get it fixed in time for the trip home. I asked Dad if all the money they have spent fixing jeeps and trucks over the years was worth going on this yearly trip and received a very definite yes as the answer. They must have an awfully good time.
Monday night we went to Brooklyn's birthday party at Jenny's bowling alley in Tremonton. There was a great turn-out and almost everyone bowled. The evening reconfirmed that there is a serious lack of bowling talent in our family. Mom made Brooklyn a Sleeping Beauty birthday cake and she loved it. I can't believe Brooklyn is already 5 years old. Where does the time go?
Yesterday Marlee, Marijka and I went to Ogden to do a little shopping for Mother's Day. Brett's wife Chelsea graduated from USU. We all went to dinner afterwards at the Black Pearl. We had a lot of fun. Congratulations Chelsea! We are so proud of you!

It has been a really busy (but fun) couple of weeks. Too bad you didn't have a picture of the cake your mom made. It was so cute!
What a fun week! I think the best part was bowling @ 'Jenny's Bowling Alley' ~ what a riot!!Thanks for everyone coming to the rodeo and supporting Kenzer! It was soooo nice to see the clan! Love the family pictures!
It has been a great and busy couple of weeks! It was fun to finally see Kenzie in action. I think the bowling alley birthday party was a blast! We really need to do this once a month!
